Fusion Restaurant Thai and Chinese Cuisine - The North West boasts one of the largest Far Eastern communities in Europe so it is not unusual to see that there is a huge choice of Chinese and Thai Restaurants to visit. Whilst most of these are situated in and around china Town, there are a number of restaurants elsewhere in the City. Fusion Restaurant is a modest sized restaurant with a 100+ capacity situated just off Oldham Road (A671) in Oldham and we offer a relaxed approach to modern eating with food originating from both China and Thailand.

With fresh ingredients and a vast choice of mouth watering meals traditionally cooked, you will be able to taste every little bit of effort we have put into our dishes. We at Fusion Restaurant aim to please and whilst we have many familiar favourites from the Chinese and Thai Cuisines, there is also an array of Chef’s Specials for the more adventurous punters.

Fusion Restaurant is the perfect setting for any occasion; whether it is a special event or a quick lunch, you will be sure to find that our staffs offer you swift service without compromising quality or attentiveness. The Restaurant décor is adorned with ornaments from the Far East and customers are able to see how their dishes are prepared by our hard working chefs via a link up large screen TV to the kitchen.
